How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from the NovaCampaign platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to training@talentreform.com.my with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your account email address and company name
  3. Specify the scope: account data only, or all associated contact and campaign data
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  5. Deletion will be completed within 30 calendar days
  6. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

What Data Is Deleted

Depending on the scope you specify, we will delete the following:

  • Account data -- your user profile, credentials, and company association
  • Contact data -- all contacts uploaded or managed through your account
  • Campaign data -- campaign configurations, templates, and message logs
  • Channel configurations -- email SMTP and WhatsApp Business Account settings

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention).
