How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data from the NovaCampaign platform, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to training@talentreform.com.my with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your account email address and company name
- Specify the scope: account data only, or all associated contact and campaign data
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Deletion will be completed within 30 calendar days
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
What Data Is Deleted
Depending on the scope you specify, we will delete the following:
- Account data -- your user profile, credentials, and company association
- Contact data -- all contacts uploaded or managed through your account
- Campaign data -- campaign configurations, templates, and message logs
- Channel configurations -- email SMTP and WhatsApp Business Account settings
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention).
